Bisphenol A in Plastic Additives
Bisphenol A (BPA) is a chemical substance widely used in plastic products. It is contained in many plastic containers and packages such as baby bottles and beverage bottles.
Bisphenol A is used to make polycarbonate plastics, including baby bottles, sports water bottles, reusable food and beverage containers, bicycle helmets, CD and DVD discs. It is also a component of epoxy resins used in metal cans.
