sodium hydrosulfide Operational Process
The concentrated NaHS solution from the NaHS Sodium hydrosulfide concentration tank is fed into a decanter centrifuge, where crystalline salts and molten sodium hydrosulfide monohydrate (NaHS·H₂O) are separated.
The molten Sodium hydrosulfide NaHS·H₂O, after separation from crystalline salts, is transferred to a vacuum-insulated holding tank for temperature maintenance and then pumped into a vacuum rake cooler to solidify into thin flakes.
The NaHS Sodium hydrosulfide flakes are discharged through a rotary valve and automatically packed by a bagging machine.
