Sodium hydrosulfide 70%
Sodium hydrosulfide Phase Separation in Primary Settling Tank:
The mixture undergoes oil-water separation.
The oil phase (containing residual H₂S) is sent to a secondary liquid-liquid mixer.
The aqueous phase is partially recycled as absorbent for the primary mixer, while the remainder is treated as crude NaHS Sodium hydrosulfide solution (after further de-oiling) and sold as product.
