Control the reaction temperature by regulating the dropping rate of concentrated sulfuric acid and using a cold water bath.
Control the reaction temperature at 18~20°C. If the reaction temperature is too high, acetone is easy to volatilize; if it is too low, it is not conducive to product formation.
For drying the bisphenol A bpa product, first dry it at 50~60°C for 4 hours, and then at 100~110°C for 4 hours.
